PERFORMING ARTS PASS CLASS POLICIES By purchasing this plan, the client agrees to an ongoing tuition agreement where services are rendered as described in the booking description. In the event that a class session must be canceled due to inclement weather, no refunds or make up class will be issued. If a client chooses to miss a session, there will be no refund for that session. If a class is canceled due to a lack of instructor availability, a student should find another performing arts class to try that month. The client must give 30 days notice before the subscription will be canceled and is responsible financially for this subscription. This agreement can be terminated by BIG Studio/BIGinc in the event that the relationship between client and business becomes untenable. Notice will be given by BIG Studio/BIGinc in this case and no refund will be issued and no more subscription payments will be pulled. YOUNG ARTISTS passes are valid for YOUNG ARTISTS classes. ADULT ARTISTS passes are valid for ADULT ARTISTS classes. The Performing Arts Pass is non-transferrable. Adding more classes may occur mid-month and will be prorated on the next withdrawal of tuition funds. Class credits are valid during the month they are issued and do not roll over into a new month. Credits must be used during the month they are issued.
