Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled by the Client are the client's responsibility and are non-refundable. If a coach is unavailable, a sub will be provided. In the event of a cancelation by BIG Studio, the client will be refunding 1/4 of the monthly tuition payment for each canceled session. Tuition is renewable monthly. A 30 day notice is required for the cancellation of ongoing tuition payments.
